Just a mile from "departing cruises", this "decent" hotel is "clean and attractive" with "great views" of Biscayne Bay from the "floor-to-ceiling windows" of some quarters, and a "polite staff"; but that doesn't quite make up for "astronomical" parking fees, "poor maintenance", a location "not in the best area" and a restaurant you'd visit only if it's "an emergency."

Bellhop.
Customer staff was rude and unhelpful.
I was staying here for business and was very unhappy with the hotel. I have stayed in many Hilton's since I travel every weekend for work. The staff was rude and not helping.

This hotel was close to downtown Miami.
There is not much in downtown Miami for recreation.
After pulling in the parking attendant advised me that parking was approx. $25 a night. I was a little miffed at first, forgetting about some hotels charging for that much. I think that is excessive, but maybe business travelers are willing to pay that and have their company pay it. I finally agreed but was pleasantly surprised when I checked out that and found that I wasn't charged. I assume booking with Priceline took care of that. I was pleased in the end. ...read more

Front Desk staff was so helpful. I stayed there b/c of its proximity to the Miami Passport Agency and it was even closer than I had thought. Very clean and pleasing atmosphere, with very nice view of downtown from our room.
Did not like the price to overnight the car - $28.
Comfortable, clean and well decorated. Friendly staff and nice size rooms with great view.
